Grandpa Duvall and Uncle Alex
came for a visit and to deliver some goodies.
Stella was a little unsure of
what to do with a moustache.
She took the time to admire her
new socks, which go with everything.
Stella thought Daddy was pretty
silly with her pants on his head.
Taking advantage of a beautiful
January day, Stella posed on a rock along the trail.
Oma and Stella are already great
walking partners. This walk was Stella's longest ever at about
6 miles.
Stella and Mommy both believe
in proper eye protection.
She always wakes up with a smile
and a twinkle in her eye.
Stella had her first experience
with purée of carrots and found them quite a treat.
Mommy was proud of her little
girl.
Her second meeting with mushy
carrots was enthusiasic as well. (By the way, she inadvertently
scratched her face with her fingernails during the night, but
she's all better now.)
Stella enjoyed carrots and is
looking forward to sweet potatoes.
